Grooming services are available by appointment. Cat grooming is unavailable, but we trim cat and dog nails.

Services Available

BATH: includes bathing, blow dry, nail trim, brushing, and ear cleaning.

FULL GROOMING: includes bathing, blow dry, nail trim, brushing, ear cleaning, haircut, express anal glands (if needed), sanitary trim, paw pads shaved (if needed), and feet neatly trimmed (rounded).

Pricing

CALL FOR PRICING. PRICING IS BASED ON BREED AND COAT CONDITION. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR DOGS WITH MATTED COATS. REMOVING MATS CAN BE A PAINFUL PROCESS FOR YOUR DOG. SOMETIMES IT IS BEST TO SHAVE THE COAT DOWN AND START OVER.


CLEAN UP BATH: A QUICK BATH TO WASH AWAY ANY KENNEL SMELL ETC. A GOOD OPTION FOR DOGS THAT ARE NOT CLEAN IN THEIR KENNELS. The dog is bathed from the neck down and dried. No brushing, ear cleaning, or toenail trim is done. If your dog is messy in their kennel, we will try to clean them up before going home as time allows. If your dog is chronically messy in their kennel when boarding, there will be a $25 charge for this service. Owners can request a clean-up bath at the time of drop off for the $25 fee.

Don't want your dog trimmed short for the winter, this is a good option. It keeps the face trimmed so they can see, paw pads trimmed so snow doesn't get packed, and bottoms trimmed so no unwanted material gets stuck here while leaving hair on the body for warmth.

Grooming FAQ

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY DOG'S NAILS TRIMMED?

    We recommend every 2 to 4 weeks. Long toenails prevent the dog from walking on its paw pads, which causes pain and a breakdown of the bones in the foot.

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY DOG GROOMED?

    This varies depending on the coat type, but long-haired or double-coated dogs should typically be groomed every 4 to 8 weeks to maintain a healthy mat-free coat.

  • HOW DO I PREVENT MATTING?

    Regular grooming and daily brushing are key, especially if you want to keep your dog in a long coat. Feel free to ask our groomer for advice on brushing techniques and equipment best for your dog.

  • HOW LONG DOES A GROOM USUALLY TAKE?

    Depending on the services requested and the groomer's workload, your dog's spa day could take anywhere from a few hours to the whole day.

    Extra time may be needed for long/ thick coats or dogs with special needs.

  • DOES MY DOG NEED VACCINATIONS BEFORE GROOMING?

    Yes, we ask that all grooming, daycare, and boarding clients supply proof of current Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza.

  • HOW OLD DOES MY PUPPY NEED TO BE TO GET GROOMED?

    Your puppy must have completed its full series of puppy shots, including Rabies. Many breeds require regular grooming over their lifetime, so the sooner you get them started, the more comfortable they will be with the process.
